Hays Ireland are recruiting an BIM MEP Manager for an M&E Contractor in Dublin that is renowned for its high quality installations.

The company has delivered projects using Revit MEP to coordinate plant rooms over the past couple of years. They have generally outsourced their BIM and are now looking to appoint a BIM Manager to oversee the implementation across the business.

The role will include the responsibility to coordinate the Revit MEP on a large commercial project in Dublin. The successful candidate will then move to a head office position where they will be responsible for implementing the BIM Strategy across the company and coordinating projects from a management position.

The successful candidate will have coordination experience with an M&E Contractor. Practical experience using Revit MEP. Candidates will be considered from a contractor or consultancy background. Candidates with Revit Coordination experience will hold a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive the BIM initiative throughout the company with a view to growing the team and managing it. An appropriate attractive salary come with this position.
