Dornan is an International Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Company which has gained significant experience across a wide section of construction sectors is currently recruiting a Lead BIM Coordinator, liaising and coordinating with 3rd Party Contractors, 3-4 years’ experience in AutoCAD Revit MEP needed for projects in Ireland.
Role:
- Site Based on Data Centre Construction Site / Office based
- Working as part of the site based Engineering Team,
- Lead Coordinator, liaising and coordinating with 3rd Party Contractors,
- Chair Weekly Coordination Meetings and Breakout Workshops,
- Manage Master Revit MEP Model,
- Produce weekly Updates of Navisworks Model and issue Clash Detection Reports,
- Work with 3rd Party Contractors to resolve clashes,
- Produce fully annotated and coordinated 2D Builderworks Drawings and Services Drawings,
Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years’ experience in AutoCAD Revit MEP,
- 5-6 years’ experience in M&E services coordination in site based role,
- Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD 2D and Navisworks Manage,
- Proficient in executing clash detection exercises in 3D models,
- Experience in leading and working and coordinating with 3rd party services contractors,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team,
- Enthusiastic, creative, and natural problem solver,
- Datacentre experience desirable,
