Kppm are looking to recruit a BIM Manager for their client who are a leading Irish/International Construction Specialist.
With a strong focus on client satisfaction you will be working on projects in the following industries: Commercial/Mixed Use, Retail, Large Scale Residential, Healthcare, Educational and Hotel and Leisure, New builds, Refurbishments and Restoration.
Candidates will have the following proven experience: Over ALL BIM delivery. BIM creation using Autodesk Revit and BIM, creation of coordinated BIM models for large scale construction projects, coordination of various disciplines and supply chain contractors. Production of clash detection reports inside Autodesk Navisworks. Production of high quality reports using BIM renders photoshoot and InDesign. Develop and manage the entire BIM process for delivering BIM on live and tender stage projects. Develop project outputs, data drops tolerance strategy, verification of As Built Models an establish maintenance standards.
Candidates will have excellent: AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks knowledge and experience coupled with very strong IT Skills with: Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Asta.
Candidates must also have: Excellent presentation skills ideally using Adobe InDesign and Premiere pro.
