What is the title of your presentation?
How DfMA can drive the culture change needed to transform our industry.
What is the focus of your presentation?
An explanation of how process change, integral to successful Offsite delivery through a DfMA process, can inherently drive a culture shift in how we approach our projects, geared for better outcomes.
Why is this an important topic in digital construction?
Offsite Construction is being pump primed as the future method of delivering buildings. It has capability to automate the construction phase and therefore plug the digital gap through the end to end process. This will not happen unless we move to a more collaborative way of working to enable a manufacturing mindset.
