The Company is based in Dublin. The Company is currently seeking a Development Manager.

Job Description:

Fulfil the role of Employer’s Representative.

Assist with selection and appointment of professional team members including consultants and contractors.

Manage the design and construction stages on multi-Euro developments.

Lead all aspects in the development of large scale commercial projects – planning, environmental, statutory, legal etc.

A strong working knowledge of BIM and LEED/BREEAM will be an advantage.

 

Experience required:

Experience in working on large scale construction projects in a technical capacity such as engineering, project management or surveying is a must for this role.

Professional qualification in one of the following disciplines: engineering, building/construction management, project management or surveying.

Between 3 and 7 plus years’ post-graduate experience.

Experience in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Project (or equivalent) is essential.

Experience in AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.

Technical Report Writing experience is an advantage.
