Planning lodged by Ardale for Portmarnock Retail Site

Ardale Property, the Irish development and investment group have lodged a planning application with Fingal County Council for the development of a prominent site on Strand Road in Portmarnock.

The overall scheme will have a total gross value in excess of €12million.
[rev_slider Surety] The site, formerly the Tin Church, is located is on a high profile corner position within the village, at the junction between the Strand Road and St. Laurence O’Toole’s Avenue.  The total size of the site is 0.93 acres.

The proposed development comprises of a convenience retail store, which would include an off licence area, and is over 2,000 square metres.

The development is two storeys with the retail store located on the first floor and will have undercroft parking at ground level to facilitate 75 vehicles.

It is expected that the finished project will create in excess of 40 jobs for the area, in addition to those jobs created during construction.
