Kirby Group is inviting clients to launch themselves off the top of the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, 22 February as Ireland take on England at Twickenham in London.

Celebrating 50 years, Kirby has invited clients and guests to a party with a twist where they can abseil from the roof of the Aviva.

The company will donate €500 to a charity of the client’s choice for every abseil.

The is being hosted live on stadium TV from the Aviva rooftop by Hector Ó hEochagáin who will give updates on the progress of each abseiler.

Comedians Gary Cooke and Barry Murphy will provide some pre-match entertainment in the run-up to the game.

“We’ve come through the recession in good shape and had a very good year last year with further significant progress already anticipated in 2014,” said Fergus Frawley, managing director, Kirby Group.

“We could not have achieved this without our great clients who have been truly supportive and who we in turn are delighted to support. Celebrating 50 years of excellence in engineering, this is our way of saying thank you to everyone together with a contribution to charitable causes of their choice. The more of them who take a running jump, the more we will give to charity.” Source: Business & Leadership.
