IBEC Annual Employment Law Conference – First among equals: Are some more equal than other?

0

IBEC’s Annual Employment Law conference is the premier employment law event in Ireland, attracting delegates from some of Ireland’s top employers. 2013 is to be the year of major changes to the employment law landscape. The Government will soon publish the Workplace Relations Bill.

The Bill will enshrine in legislation the most ambitious reform of Ireland’s employment rights system in decades. At our conference in May, we will provide the detail of how the Bill is going to affect interactions with staff.

They will also examine what equal treatment really means and explain the implications of several significant developments over the past twelve months for fixed term and part time work; temporary agency work, protective leave and employment equality.
