PM Group is currently seeking a high calibre BIM Systems Specialist to develop technology solutions for BIM users. Within your area of responsibility, you will create and develop a robust and resilient computing environment for BIM users.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities:
Develop, configure & maintain system support infrastructure for CAD/BIM users.
Interface with project teams to resolve complex BIM software issues efficiently.
Provide tier 3 support for CAD/BIM applications.
R esearch and develop system solution options
BIM Software programming
Develop automation and scripting processes for difficult/complex and bulk data tasks
Perform analytics and other measures of technology and solutions to gain insight into needs, improvements and inefficiencies.
Extraction and interpretation of reports from Oracle databases for various applications
MS Access queries for progress reporting on BIM applications
Generation and maintenance of procedural documentation to support PC builds and modified reporting mechanisms

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
Software – Any CAD, BIM software vendor
Skillsets – CAD, BIM, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Installation/Deployment
Programming – Any scripting or programming language
Demonstrated and proven aptitude, attitude and experience
Programming – Visual Basic and C++

Preferred :
Software – Autodesk products: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc./ Intergraph products: PDS/ CADWorx
Skillsets – Microsoft Server, Microsoft Access, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Oracle database
Programming – DOS Batch Files, vbScript, PowerShell, C#

Education / Experience:
3-5 years of experience in information systems in the manufacturing, engineering or construction industries.
